Vox Anima Chamber Choir

Vox Anima Chamber Choir is an auditioned 16-voice female chamber choir who specialise in the performance of the music of living composers, giving specific emphasis to the music of female composers.

Trained and conducted by Dr James M. Meaders, the choir has established a high artistic standard with an emphasis on communicative performance and innovative programming.

VACC were the lead Consortium member to commission Dan Forrest to arrange LUX for upper voices and are grateful to their sponsors Ann and Terry Cloke for facilitating this in memory of Alan Dyson. The world premiere performance was given by Vox Anima Chamber Choir on 30 October 2022 in the stunning setting of St Augustine's Chapel, Tonbridge.
