Gary Klarenbeek

Gary was born and raised in the small farming community of Rock Rapids, Iowa.  He discovered his musical passions at an early age when he began studying piano at age 4.  From piano he continued on to study organ, voice, and trumpet. Gary graduated with a with a triple major in Church Music and Organ and Voice performance from Westmar College in LeMars, Iowa,

Gary and his wife, Julie, have served churches in St. Louis, Houston, Naples, Florida, and is in his twenty-first year of service as Director of Music Ministries at Auburn UMC in Auburn, AL.  He has served Auburn UMC for 21 years.

The Klarenbeeks have two grown daughters, Jacquie and Ashlee and five grandchildren.
