
Dylan Corder
Assistant Conductor
Dylan Corder is in his fourth year of teaching at Martin High School. Prior to arriving at Martin High School, Mr. Corder was a choral director at Homer Hanna High School in the Brownsville ISD. Mr. Corder graduated from Baylor University with his degree in Choral Music Education in December of 2014. While at Baylor, Mr. Corder sang with the Baylor A Cappella Choir, Concert Choir, and Chamber Singers and studied voice under Dr. Randall Umstead. Mr. Corder performed with the Baylor A Cappella Choir at the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) in 2014 and performed at Saint-Étienne-du-Mont in Paris, France as part of a recording project for the CD, “All the Host of Heaven.” During his studies at Baylor, Mr. Corder studied Choral Methods with Dr. Lynne Gackle and Dr. Michele Henry and is a member of the TMEA, the Texas Choral Directors Association, and the American Choral Directors Association. During his spare time, Mr. Corder sings with the Dallas Chamber Choir as well as the Chamber Choir at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Arlington, TX.
